               Please see below for an important update regarding Enrollment Hub Google Chrome Compatibility Issues             

Agents,

Please be aware that Enrollment Hub is currently encountering issues with our disconnected/offline compatible with Google Chrome Version 85.  Please avoid upgrading Google Chrome version until further communication is released advising compatibility changes. If you have Google Chrome Version 85 and would like to use eHub’s offline capability, you will need to uninstall version 85 and reinstall version 84.

Reminder: Enrollment Hub Compatibility

  • Browsers: Safari/Chrome/Firefox

o             Google Chrome Version 84.0.4147 or older

o             Safari browser will not work or is not compatible for offline use on Mac/MacBook’s

o             Firefox offline capabilities will not be available/supported 

  • Android Tablets
  • IOS Tablets (IPad/mini/etc.)

o             Enrollment Hub is not supported by phones

  • Other devices

o             Chromebooks, Mac/MacBook’s or phones, but these devices are not considered “supported” nor have been tested with our tool.
